The Kozet Boyd Memorial Scholarship celebrates the legacy of a dedicated professional, passionate educator and beloved community member.
In her honor, this need-based scholarship seeks to help qualifying students underwrite their dream of joining America’s next generation of health care professionals.
You can apply for the Kozet Boyd Memorial Scholarship online. Once you have submitted the application, you will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your submission. What to expect from the application
- Must demonstrate a level of need that would exclude recipient from being able to finance tuition due to a lack of available assistance, family contributions or other circumstances.
- Must submit a double-spaced essay of 500-750 words explaining why he/she wants to be involved in the chosen medical field.
- Must exhibit exceptional personal and academic commitment to excellence, as determined by review of High School GPA and/or Entrance testing scores.
- Must be a United States citizen or permanent resident.
- Must have already applied for admission to Concorde Career Colleges and be in the enrollment process with the only acceptance criteria awaiting approval being financing.
- Must provide three non-familial references.
